Rebecca Runkle from Morgan Stanley commented in a report earlier this morning that she estimates the Apple iTunes Music Store has sold slightly under 5 millions songs life-to-date (since launch on April 28) with the weekly run rate settling back to about 500,000 songs (vs. the 1 million songs sold the first week following the launch). Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference is Monday and will have a Steve Jobs’ keynote — during which he may update Runkle’s estimates.
