Earlier this week, I happened across the Portola Valley & Alpine Railroad – located way up high in the hills of Portola Valley, California.
The railroad was an early project of the late Jacques Littlefield who was also responsible for the amazing private collection of military vehicles known formally as the Military Vehicle Technology Foundation (MVTF) – located adjacent to the PV&A Railroad.
