A friend is taking a Stanford Alumni trip to the Galapagos Islands later this week and, as part of the prep for their travels, two local photographers spent a couple of hours last night walking through some tips for the travelers. I tagged along and learned a lot.
The two were Menlo Park-based Joel Simon, famous for his beautiful photography of the Stanford campus, and Palo Alto-based John Todd, primarily a sports photographer but who also does some amazing non-sports related work.
