Glenn Fleishman reports in the Seattle Times on a second retail store that Apple is opening in the Seattle area. He also reports on a cool feature that I (a proud new Palm Tungsten-C owner) was unaware of:
Another nice reason to visit, according to Apple spokeswoman Jane Rauckhorst: “All of our retail stores have free Internet access, and we have wireless access in all of our stores.” The next time you think about how to download that 80-megabyte Mac OS X update or iMovie update, you can pay a visit to the store.
Of course, we also own four Macs in our household — all of which are Airport/Wi-Fi equipped — so it’s not like we’ve not already been paying our dues to Apple all along! 😉
