I just came across an Emory University site on servant leadership. One of the resources on the site is a 45 minute video of Jim Blanchard talking about his approach to servant leadership. It’s great stuff.
Blanchard is Chairman and CEO of Synovus, parent company of TSYS. TSYS announced this morning that it had won BankOne’s credit card processing business, formerly handled by First Data Corp.
