Globalization continues its inevitable march. Increasingly, it’s looking like call centers will be located in India while any manufacturing work will be done in China. Services move to India, while manufacturing moves to China. This article provides some background on the business process outsourcing services currently moving to India and one venture capitalist’s view of those opportunities.
