On Sunday, I mentioned the Open Spectrum article by Lee Gomes in Monday’s Wall St. Journal. In that posting, I mentioned Paul Baran’s influence on the Open Spectrum movement. Today, I came across Paul’s oral history filing with the IEEE History Center. It makes for really great reading.
