I was in Bellingham yesterday and had lunch with friends at Fino, a delightful restaurant right on the water in the new Chrysalis Inn. I had the “crab cake salad with spinach, cannellinis, and balsamic reduction” which was really outstanding. Fabulous taste, sparkling presentation. The rest of the menu looked equally tempting!
The view from Fino’s tables looking out on the Bay was also wonderful — particularly on a spectacular sunny day like yesterday.
Fino rates 5 Stars in my book! Highly recommended!
