I really enjoyed seeing Slumdog Millionaire today!
The basic story line is well known – a “slumdog” kid from the slums of Mumbai ends up as a contestant on the Indian version of “Who Wants to be a Millionaire?” Turns out, his life experiences prepare him only too well for his role – and the questions that ensue.
This film is a great love story, an eye-opening view of India, and has some amazing music (AR Rahman’s Dreams On Fire and Latika’s Theme especially!) and superb cinematography that make for a really great film.

Excellent review, Scott! I’m in wholehearted agreement with your assessment.
This movie stands a real chance at best picture although Benjamin Button is so much better. Well its Boyle’s best movie anyways.
