On my Kindle, I’ve been reading Joe Nocera’s new book “Good Guys and Bad Guys: Behind the Scenes with the Saints and Scoundrels of American Business (and Everything in Between)“.
Joe’s one of the best business story writers around – his weekly Saturday New York Times column is a highlight – and this book captures many of his best articles – along with his up to date commentary about each of the article subjects.
I particularly enjoyed the chapter on Boone Pickens and the chapter on Fidelity and Ned Johnson.
Joe’s book is business writing at its best.
