The seventh annual edition of the Small Business Survival Index is now out published by the Small Business Survival Committee.
Among west coast states, Nevada ranks #2, Washington #8, Oregon #36, and California #46. Raymond Keating, Chief Economist at SBSC and the compiler of the annual index, has a particular distaste for California in general and specifically following the Governor’s signing of the CO2 emissions legislation early last week.
