MarsEdit

For the last several months I’ve been using Ranchero Software’s excellent MarsEdit weblog editor to post both here and to our Payments News weblog.

For working “offline” with TypePad or MovableType weblogs on Mac OS X, MarsEdit is ideal. Conceptually, it makes posting to your weblog almost as simple as sending an email. Provides nice support for images, etc. too.

Version 1.0 of MarsEdit has just been officially released. Ranchero’s Brent Simmons has done a superb job again. Highly recommended!
