I was delighted to see Before&After resume publication. I’d subscribed for years — I’m a frustrated graphics artist at heart!
The “Make an Abstract in Two Clicks” article in the new issue (available in a PDF on their home page) was the inspiration for the graphic I’m currently running at the top of my home page. It’s one of my favorite photos taken last September at Carmel State Beach in Carmel, California. I followed the two step process and ended up with the posterized image above — posterized at 10 levels rather than the 4 they recommend for simple images. Lotsa fun!
