Dan Gillmor reports from the European Technology Roundtable that Intel CEO Craig Barrett claims to be newly optimistic about what he’s seeing on travels through Europe and the Middle East.
Barrett also says “the drop in venture funding is “tragic” — we’re in danger of having a lack of new ideas in marketplace over next couple of years, due to the lack of capital.”
